Commercial License Agreement 

For French Cottage Shabby Digital Papers

License Type: Commercial Use 

1. Grant of License 

This agreement grants the purchaser (Licensee) a non-exclusive, non-transferable commercial 

license to use the French Countryside digital papers created by Daisy Isaac under French Cottage 

Shabby & Maison des Anges de Dieu (Licensor). 

2. Permitted Uses 

The Licensee may use the purchased digital papers for: 

- Physical Products - Creating and selling printed items (e.g., journals, scrapbooks, stationery, 

fabric, greeting cards). 

- Digital End Products - Incorporating the designs into flattened, non-editable digital creations (e.g., 

digital planners, templates) for sale. 

- Small Business Use - Up to 500 sales per design. 

3. Prohibited Uses 

- Reselling, Sharing, or Redistributing - Licensee cannot resell, share, or give away the original 

digital files. 

- Print-on-Demand (POD) & Mass Production - Use on platforms like Redbubble, Society6, Zazzle, 

or any POD services is not allowed without an extended license. 

- Claiming as Your Own - Licensee cannot claim the artwork as their own design. 

- AI or NFT Use - Using the designs in AI-generated works or NFTs is strictly prohibited. 

4. Pricing & Extended Licenses 

- Standard Commercial License: $60 per set - Covers up to 500 sales. 

- Extended Commercial License: $1500 per set - Covers unlimited sales, including small-scale POD. 

- Exclusive License: Custom pricing - Provides exclusive rights to the design.5. Attribution (Optional but Appreciated) 

Attribution is not required, but a mention of Daisy Isaac, French Cottage Shabby, or Maison des 

Anges de Dieu in product listings or social media is appreciated! 

6. License Termination 

Licensor reserves the right to revoke this license if the Licensee is found in violation of the 

agreement. No refunds will be issued for license terminations due to violations. 

7. Agreement Acceptance 

By purchasing and downloading these digital papers, the Licensee agrees to abide by the terms of 

this Commercial License Agreement.
